I am an African American student and I have been tutoring students since High school I am currently an Honors Calculus Teaching Assistant/tutor I want to be a tutor because I know how challenging and frustrating it can be not to understand something and how getting help from someone that relates to you can make a big difference. My strengths are sciences, Maths, Psychology's, and Spanish. I am also very strong at encouraging others and being a strong source of support and motivation. I am in the emerging scholars program and the national society of collegiate scholars. I am also a member of PSI PHI which is the psychology honors society.
